Prevention
Once yearly blood work for all preventative visits, VO2 max testing, resting metabolic rate testing and DEXA scan and 4 weeks supply of continuous glucose monitor, all included in the plan.
Additional blood work and imaging at discounted rates via third party vendors if paying cash (can opt to use insurance).
Intravenous fluids, medication, vitamin infusions available at the clinic or at house at additional cost.
Medications

1st Visit:

3rd Visit:
Body composition analysis (DEXA scan), physical metrics, endurance metrics, review of data from smart watches.
4th Visit:
Sexual Health, screening for sleep disorders, urinary health, GI health, visual and hearing testing.
*All preventative health visits can be done on the same day *3-4 hour visit* for members paying for yearly subscription.
